Terms and Conditions

Agreement/Jurisdiction:

The person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract, known as "Client", agree that Autumn Spyrka (Name known as "Something Blue"), shall provide services to apply the best of her abilities, in the manner described in this document. This is a binding contract which incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, and any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and physically attached to the original agreement. Client assumes responsibility for all collection costs and legal fees incurred should enforcement of this contract is broken.

Liability:

All brushes, tools, and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported prior to application. The Client agrees to release the Artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

Client Responsibilities:

It is the Clients responsibility to provide a safe and adequate working environment for the Artist. The location must include: Inspiration Photos Ample work space Outlets Available table and chairs for products Insurance Maintaining clear communication and expectations

Payments:

There is a $150 deposit due at the time of booking; this payment is non-refundable and must be paid in order to secure your event day. Remainder of the balance is to be paid in full 2 weeks before the event day, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments can be made with cash, VENMO, CASHAPP, and ZELLE. Deposit goes towards total bill.

Gratuity:

While tips and gratuity are never expected at Something Blue, they are always accepted and appreciated. Should the bride or anyone in the party feel compelled to tip their artists, it may be done in cash or any other accepted payment forms the day of the wedding.

Discounts:

The bride understands that should Something Blue launch additional sales and/or discounts while under contract, the bride will not be given these additional discounts. In addition, Something Blue agrees to inform any new potential brides of any upcoming sales and/or discounts in order to give the bride the best available price.

Travel:

A mileage fee will be charged as follows: There is a $50 travel fee PER ARTIST for the first 50 miles., There will be a $25 fee for every 25 miles after per artist. Locations more than 2 hours away may require additional hotel, parking, tolls, and flight fees. For Preferred Vendor Venue Brides: the travel fee will be Non Applicable and Something Blue Agrees to pay any additional artists travel expenses out of pocket. Cruise weddings may be subject to additional costs.

Photography:

Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use and advertising purposes online and printed material. Full credit will be given to any professional photos and videos taken by photographers and videograhers, please make your assigned artist aware if you do not wish for your photos to be taken.

Non Discrimination:

Something Blue agrees to accept all clients regardless of age, race, ethnicity or religious background. The bride understands and respects that Something Blue is formed on Christian values and beliefs and agrees to provide a safe space for Something Blue team members. Any hate comments will not be tolerated and Something Blue may cancel the contract at any time should this happen. In the event that it should happen, the Something Blue will refund any pre-wedding payments except for the Non-refundable deposit and/or any paid-for services that have already happened. (Trials, parties, etc.)
